I am truly disappointed in the organization of providing booster shots at the Devonshire Mall location.

We were asked to make an appointment online which I did for 9:15 a.m. on Dec. 20. Upon arrival, hundreds of people were already there.
I commend those responsible for providing the vaccine, however, the lines needed to be better separated. You had many people who are 50 and over being exposed to many other people while waiting.
What was the point of making an appointment to only be herded in with so many other people, perhaps including those unvaccinated?
I am sure I speak for many others who found out there were such poor logistics at this site.
